Sharp was born in Rochester, New York, Sharp was immersed in music and studied clarinet as well as piano and cello at the highly regarded Hochstein School of Music. Sharp's love for theatre at school inspired her to enroll at The Boston Conservatory, where she was awarded an award. Following her graduation from Cum Laude with a B.F.A. in the Conservatory, Sharp set her sights on the stage. She was part of her first performance in the Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp's other theatre appearances include Abyssinia as well as Aida. Sharp is currently developing several new projects which include screenplays and plays. A full-length recording is on the way. She performs. Sharp likes to stay fit and stays in great fitness by learning Krav Maga and boxing. Sharp resides in Los Angeles with family.
